Submit your best shots for the chance to win a Young Photographer of the Year Award 2024. Get recognised for your talent and get to have your photographs professionally produced, framed and exhibited at Photo Museum Ireland’s ‘Artist’s Project Space’.
In addition, supported by IPUT Real Estate, Award winners will also get to see their work produced on a grand scale in the prestigious ‘Living Canvas’ outdoor art programme at Carrickmines, Dublin.

There is no limit to the number of images you can enter.

Open to all young photographers age 8 to 18 inclusive, living on the island of Ireland
Our wonderful Jury which includes members of Photo Museum Ireland’s Student Council, and a past Award winner, will meet early in June to select the winning entries. In addition to ‘Young Photographer of the Year Awards’, there are ‘Rising Star Awards’ specially for the younger age range.
Finalists and Winners will be announced at the Young Photographer of the Year Awards Ceremony on Saturday June 15th, 2024.

Young photographers aged between 8 and 18 (inclusive), living on the island of Ireland
All categories of photographs can be entered: landscape, portrait, street photography, conceptual photography, black/white, colour etc). There is also a new category for AI-generated images. Photos can be taken with a smartphone or with a ‘proper’ camera, and may be captured digitally or on film.
