Photo Museum Ireland is the national museum for contemporary photography. We are dedicated to advancing the development, appreciation and understanding of photography and visual culture. We showcase enlightening, challenging, and inspiring work by photographers that stimulate debate and critical dialogues on the role of the photographic image in society. 

Free and open for all, our exhibitions showcase the best of Irish and international photography.

Normal Opening hours:

  • Tuesday – Saturday, 11.00 – 18.00
  • Sunday, 13.00 – 17.00

Open Mondays by appointment for ongoing education, artists archiving and training.
