This Heritage Week at Photo Museum Ireland, the national centre for contemporary photography, we celebrate the theme "Connections, Routes, and Networks" with a series of unique events designed to connect you with Ireland's rich photographic heritage and contemporary practices.

Our programme invites you to explore and share experiences, knowledge, and culture through three engaging events:

    Illustrated Talk: History of Photography in 100 Photographs - Discover the fascinating history and evolution of photography in Ireland through an engaging talk that connects the past with the present.

  • Friday 23 August 10:00- 12:00
    PhotoClub Workshop: Create Your Own Cool Photo Collages - Ages 7 - 11 - Unleash your creativity in a hands-on workshop where you'll learn to craft your own photo collages, blending modern techniques with personal expression.

  • Friday 23 August 13.00
    Caring for Your Family Photographs Workshop - Learn the fundamentals of preserving your family memories in this workshop, which will guide you through the essential techniques for conserving your family albums for future generations.
