CAP Prize 2024 | The Panel of Judges
The CAP Prize is the international Prize for Contemporary African Photography awarded annually since 2012 to five photographers whose works were created on the African continent, or which engage with the African diaspora. This exhibition installation, specially curated for Photo Museum Ireland, features work by the 5 winning African artists and a showreel featuring the shortlisted artists in Gallery 1. Following a call out Paul Geraghty will invite an international panel of curators to select 3 Irish African artists whose work will be featured in Gallery 2. The artist will also avail of mentoring and professional development opportunities with leading African curators and gallerists. exhibition opportunities.
